3. Goals and objectives of the project
Project objectives:
• Formation of a tolerant attitude in society towards children with cerebral palsy;
• Support for children with cerebral palsy by the student movement;
• Increasing the intensity of socialization of children with cerebral palsy.
Project objectives:
• Identification of problematic issues and provision of appropriate assistance;
• Attracting partners;
• Organizing the work of the student movement to support families raising children with cerebral palsy within the framework of the Constellation of Opportunities project;
• Ensuring the interaction of families raising children with cerebral palsy and involving them in project activities.
Justification of the project

Cerebral palsy is a complex of disorders associated with damage to one or more parts of the brain. The structure of such a brain is abnormal, and as a result, the organ cannot develop correctly. Depending on the affected area, a person has one or another disorder — the development of motor and muscular activity, coordination of movements, functions of vision, hearing, speech, and psyche.
According to newtimes.kz in 2018, 16 thousand 768 children had cerebral palsy. These are only those who are registered. The President of the country instructed to develop measures to improve medical and social support for boys and girls with special needs. In his message, he noted that over 58 billion tenge will be allocated for their support.
